Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up laboratory equipment, materials, and samples to ensure smooth execution of R&D experiments
- Conduct routine experiments and measurements to support ongoing research projects under guidance
- Assist with PVD and RIE processes, contributing to prototyping and technical learning objectives
- Collect, analyze, and document experimental data to support accurate reporting and decision-making
- Perform basic data evaluation and summarize results for the R&D team
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure operational reliability and compliance with standards
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and laboratory procedures at all times
- Maintain clear, structured documentation of all experimental activities and results

Your Responsibilities
- Execute and support mechanical, thermal, and thermo mechanical finite element simulations based on established AT&S methods
- Build, update, and maintain simulation models according to internal guidelines, standards, and procedures
- Perform pre‑processing and post‑processing in multi‑physics simulation software
- Contribute to validation, quality‑oriented documentation, and continuous improvement of simulation methods and processes
- Identify improvement potential in simulation workflows, procedures, and development topics
- Collaborate in cross functional and international teams and promote best practices
- Develop understanding of material modeling, design, and process impacts on simulation results
- Support strategic and customer‑related projects in task definition, documentation, and coordination
