- Design and implement scalable data platforms that support analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence needs
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure including data lakes, data lakehouses, warehouses, and streaming systems for high availability and performance
- Automate data workflows and deployments using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Ensure data security and compliance by implementing encryption, access controls, and regulatory standards (GDPR, SOC2)
- Monitor and optimize platform performance through observability tools, resource tuning, and cost management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, ML teams) to align platform capabilities with business requirements
- Integrate and manage big data technologies such as Apache Iceberg, Spark, Kafka, and cloud-native services for real-time and batch processing

- Administer and configure core ticketing tool functionalities
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and other platform components
- Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform through proactive monitoring (e.g., implementation of health check dashboards), maintenance, and issue resolution
- Evaluate, test, and integrate new ServiceNow modules and features, providing recommendations based on industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment
- Document configurations, processes, and changes for internal knowledge sharing

DEINE ROLLE
- Du unterstützt dein Team bei der Planung, Umsetzung und laufenden Betreuung von ERP-Projekten
- Du bist verlässliche Ansprechperson für vielfältige Supportanfragen und sorgst für praxisnahe Schulungen.
- Du hältst die Dokumentation der Prozesse, Konfigurationen und Änderungen immer klar und aktuell.
- Du stimmst dich mit externen Partnern ab und koordinierst Zeitpläne und Lieferziele.
- Du wirkst an Systemintegrationen mit, begleitest Tests (UAT) und stellst sicher, dass Lösungen unseren Qualitätsansprüchen entsprechen.
- Systemdaten pflegst du zuverlässig, erstellst Reports und nutzt Excel sicher für Datenimporte und -exporte.
- Du schaffst Verständnis zwischen Technik und Fachbereichen – alle sprechen dank dir dieselbe „ERP-Sprache“.
