Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Entwicklung neuer, innovativer Anforderungen inkl. Einbindung und Steuerung von internen und externen ExpertenInnen sowie EntwicklerInnen
- End-to-End-Verantwortung für Applikationen & Services
- Mitarbeit in der Abstimmung und dem Rollout neuer Software-Releases
- Mitarbeit bei der Gewährleistung eines stabilen Betriebs anhand von aktivem Systemmonitoring und Abarbeitung von Tickets
- Punktuell Übernahme der Projektleiterrolle für Software-Entwicklungsprojekte inkl. aller damit verbundener Aufgaben nach dem Plan-Build-Run-Prinzip (Lösungsdesign, Aufwandsschätzung, Dokumentation, usw.)
- Sicherstellung der Anpassung des Anwendungsdesigns an die IT-Gesamtarchitektur des Unternehmens
- Ansprechperson für ProjektleiterInnen sowie auf für Kontaktpersonen aus den Fachbereichen

- Verantwortung für die Überwachung und Absicherung der IT-Infrastruktur gegen Sicherheitsbedrohungen inkl. Dokumentation (z.B. Compliance, Risikomanagement)
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -prozessen gemäß Standards (z.B. ISO 27001 GDPR)
- Integration von Security-Metriken (z. B. Zugriffsmanagement, Verschlüsselung, Disaster Recovery)

- Projektbegleitung: Von Initiierung bis Umsetzung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Fokus auf Anwendungsbetreuung/-optimierung, Zusammenarbeit mit Providern
- KPI-Verantwortung: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von KPIs
wie Verfügbarkeit, Bereitstellungszeiten, Termin- und Budgettreue - Monitoring & Kapazitätsplanung: Performance Überwachung und Fehlerbehebung für Anwendungen
- Anforderungsmanagement: Formulierung von Anforderungen, Entwicklung und Dokumentation von Betriebsplänen, inkl. Legacy-Systeme
- Cloud-Designs & Optimierung: Erstellung cloudbasierter Lösungen, Durchführung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen, Incident-/Change-Management, Disaster Recovery
- Service-Level-Berichte: Erstellung und Mitwirkung bei Planung und Definition von Anwendungsentwicklung/-implementierung
- User-Kommunikation: Anforderungen sammeln, Fehleranalyse und -behebung, tägliche Betreuung von Legacy- und Kernanwendungen
- Systembetreuung: Betrieb, Wartung, Verbesserung und Integration der Magirus IT-Kernsysteme und LegacyAnwendungen

Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and schedule audits (internal and external)
- Coordinate with IT-departments and IT employees, including audit participants and external auditors
- Monitor and document audit findings and non-conformities, and report the status of non-conformities and corrective actions to IT management
- Prepare and train audit participants on audit expectations and procedures
- Collaborate closely with the Information Security team to align on audit requirements.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erarbeitung projektspezifischer Konfigurationen für die globalen CVM Einkaufsprojekte und Bereitstellung geeigneter Einkaufsapplikationen für die Projektteams
- Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen zur Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts
- Übernahme einzelner Aufgaben in der syastemischen Umsetzung bei zentralen Themenstellungen innerhalb des Projektteams
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kunden aus den jeweiligen Projekten zur Erhebung und Abstimmung von Ideen zur Systemverbesserung, Erstellung von Lösungskonzepten und Übergabe an den Applikationsmanager zur Umsetzung
- Sicherstellung des Projektsupports durch Positionierung als verlässliche Ansprechperson für die Projektteams bei allen systemrelevanten Fragestellungen

- Data extraction and transformation: Connect to data sources (SAP FI/CO, BW, Data Fabric, Excel-based repositories), extract relevant data sets, and prepare them for analysis and reporting.
- Analytics & reporting: Build standardized reports and dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to support functional and management-level decision-making.
- Automation & scripting: Streamline and automate manual reporting tasks using Python, Power Query, or other tools to reduce effort and increase reliability.
- Be the data guardian: Regularly validate data quality, spot inconsistencies, and proactively address reporting issues before they become problems.
- Collaborate across the map: Work with mainly Functional Corporate Controllers as well as BU, and Plant levels - across multiple countries — to ensure a consistent and unified view of performance.
- Drive continuous improvement: Constantly look for ways to make our data landscape faster, smarter, and more resilient. Act as the first point of contact for data governance issues and reporting improvement initiatives.
