Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot large-scale Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) -
Perform OS and kernel patching across production and non-production systems with minimal downtime -
Troubleshoot complex Linux issues, including boot failures, initramfs issues, filesystem corruption, OOM events, and performance degradation -
Perform deep-dive analysis of CPU, memory, disk I/O, and networking issues -
Handle production incidents, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes -
Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation, health checks, and validations -
Collaborate closely with application, storage, and network teams -
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and patching procedures

- Identity & Access Management
- Operate and maintain identity and access management (IAM) services for designated compliance environments
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP including user lifecycle, groups, roles, and access rights
- Implement and enforce least-privilege and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Manage authentication mechanisms such as MFA, certificates, and privileged access
- Cooperate with Security, Compliance, and Audit teams on access reviews and remediation actions
- Document identity processes, standards, and operating procedures

- Operate and maintain Veeam B&R, Veeam ONE, deduplication appliances, and HPE tape systems.
- Monitor daily backup processes and perform restores when needed.
- Keep documentation for configurations, procedures, and recovery workflows up to date.
- Support file-sharing services (NFS, SMB) and contribute to NetApp storage administration.
- Work closely with VMware and Linux teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot backup and storage issues and ensure timely recovery.
- Follow security and compliance requirements and contribute to regular recovery testing.
- Support lifecycle tasks such as system upgrades and decommissioning.
