- Interne Abstimmungen zur Vorbereitung der Kund:innenkommunikation (Liefertermine, Qualitätsthemen)
- SAP-Systempflege (Stammdaten-Pflege, Prüfung und Verwaltung der Kund:innenbestellungen und Forecasts in SAP, Überwachung der Kund:innen-Änderungswünsche und Prüfen gegen vertragliche Vereinbarungen, Unterstützung beim Forderungsmanagement)
- Operative Unterstützung der Akquisition (Abwicklung des Anfrageprozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit dem/der Produktmanager:in, Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen, Vorbereitung der Angebotsunterlagen, Koordination mit Kund:innen etc.)

Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional Sales/AE teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials to enable knowledge sharing and customer engagement

- Act as a center of expert for application engineering, ensuring maximum ROI for established technologies and supporting strategic initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage plant engineering projects or work packages, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
- Analyze project requirements, identify risks and root causes, and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Apply standardized project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks
- Develop, maintain, and adapt project plans to meet changing technical and operational conditions
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration
- Monitor project performance, including timelines, costs, quality, and KPIs
- Ensure clear communication, reporting, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute innovative solutions within Plant Engineering

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate 8D processes for customer complaints, ensuring timely submission and effective corrective actions
- Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding quality-related topics and inquiries
- Conduct root cause analyses and provide rapid on-site support (within 48 hours when required)
- Maintain continuous communication with customers or AQM for complaints, deviations, and general requests
- Support global AT&S sites in complaint handling and align with local customer requirements
- Train and guide internal teams on customer-specific quality standards and reject analysis
- Represent the company during customer visits, audits, and quality discussions
- Monitor, report, and ensure completion of quality actions, including documentation and certification (e.g. EN10204)

- Ensuring that IT practices and systems in his/her responsibility comply with global standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Accountability for areas of the global IT’s frontend, including global service desk, demand management, and IT PMO including IT portfolio management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT internal and external stakeholders, executives, and other departments, to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with business goals. This includes accountability for IT Business Partners for business units and the group with a special focus on group functions such as Controlling, Finance, HR, Legal, R&D, and others.
- Act as interface between business and backend services, owning the communication and stakeholder matrix.
- Adhere to corporate IT governance frameworks, specifically following the COBIT processes, guidelines and architecture. All activities that guarantee the fulfilment of the SLA’s that have been confirmed by our customers.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver accurate and timely business plans (Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecast, 18-month Rolling Forecast) to enable informed decision-making
- Coordinate and align Sales Planning activities across functions to ensure consistent and reliable business outlooks
- Design, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance governance and minimize risk
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Lead modules in the implementation and further development of the integrated planning tool (TM1), including MTP and budgeting processes
- Drive continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes to reduce manual work and increase efficiency

- Own and drive the end-to-end Demand Management process, ensuring strategic alignment between business priorities and IT delivery to maximize business value
- Establish and steer KPI frameworks to proactively track performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously enhance service quality and efficiency
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration by aligning requirement engineers across Centers of Excellence and Service Delivery, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high-quality outputs
- Enable impactful requirement engineering by facilitating structured workshops and driving clarity, completeness, and business relevance in all specifications
- Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable IT demands and strengthening long-term collaboration
- Ensure timely, prioritized, and transparent handling of all demands, accelerating delivery while maintaining quality and governance standards
- Drive transparency by reporting progress, risks, and performance trends to stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices across processes and collaboration
