- Mis en Place Tätigkeiten für alle Outlets
- Frühstücks-, Mittags- und Abendservice in den verschiedenen Outlets
- Selbstständiges und vollumfängliches Führen einer Station
- Einhaltung der Hygiene in allen Servicebereichen
- Zusatzverkäufe (beispielsweise Aperitif, Digestif)
- Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Servicequalität
- Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Lehrlinge und Praktikanten

- Design and maintain the enterprise-wide IT architecture to ensure alignment with business strategy by continuously assessing business needs and translating them into scalable technical solutions.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional architecture and project teams to build capability and ensure successful delivery by fostering collaboration and providing technical direction.
- Align and integrate IT systems and infrastructure with business processes to enhance efficiency and agility by mapping dependencies and optimizing system interactions.
