Your Responsibilities
- Lead global R&D projects and cross-functional teams in line with defined innovation processes
- Plan, manage, and execute development projects, including budgeting and technical coordination
- Represent the company in collaboration with customers, suppliers, partners, and funding agencies
- Identify, initiate, and drive customer-oriented product development projects
- Monitor emerging technologies, processes, and market trends relevant to modularization
- Ensure protection and strategic development of intellectual property (IP)
- Set project priorities, ensure timely execution, and reduce development risks
- Motivate and guide project teams to achieve high performance and innovation goals

Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate 8D processes for customer complaints, ensuring timely submission and effective corrective actions
- Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding quality-related topics and inquiries
- Conduct root cause analyses and provide rapid on-site support (within 48 hours when required)
- Maintain continuous communication with customers or AQM for complaints, deviations, and general requests
- Support global AT&S sites in complaint handling and align with local customer requirements
- Train and guide internal teams on customer-specific quality standards and reject analysis
- Represent the company during customer visits, audits, and quality discussions
- Monitor, report, and ensure completion of quality actions, including documentation and certification (e.g. EN10204)

Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, drafting, and filing of patent applications to ensure accurate protection of innovations
- Monitor and manage IP deadlines to guarantee timely submissions and compliance with global regulations
- Maintain and further develop the trademark portfolio in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Support the development and negotiation of IP-related clauses in contracts to ensure strong IP protection
- Support patent prosecution activities, including responses to office actions and IP-related disputes
- Ensure adherence to internal IP processes through active coordination and documentation management
- Conduct prior art searches and support patentability assessments for new technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to guide proper IP documentation throughout the innovation lifecycle

- Structure complex technical environments by identifying interdependencies and providing clear orientation
- Coordinate external partners, suppliers, research organizations, and service providers to support effective project execution
- Analyze and interpret technical results within a broader technological and business context
- Identify technical gaps, capability needs, and dependencies to support strategic decision-making and future development
- Contribute to the development of internal technology roadmaps and long-term innovation strategies
- Ensure awareness of intellectual property aspects and support coordination with internal IP functions
- Support risk identification and evaluation of opportunities beyond the immediate project scope
