Ihre Aufgaben
- Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung prozessunterstützender IT Abläufe im Bereich Logistik/Materialplanung und Materialwirtschaft
- Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten für die IT Unterstützung auf Basis der Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich sowie Implementierung von Informationsverbreitungsprozessen in den entsprechenden IT Systemen
- Eigenständige Durchführung von IT Projekten inkl. Projektleitung und Projektmanagement
- Prozess- und Systemexperte, zentrale Ansprechperson für Logistik/Materialplanung und Materialwirtschaft gegenüber dem Fachbereich sowie internationalen Kunden

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung des Einkaufs bei der Lieferantenauswahl sowie Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits (APQP)
- Beurteilung der Herstellbarkeitsbestätigungen des Lieferanten
- Projektmanagement mit dem Lieferanten mittels QPF (Quality Plattform)
- Durchführung von Projektreviews in regelmäßigen Intervallen
- Prozessaudit/-abnahme und Unterstützung zur Vorbereitung der Erstbemusterung beim Lieferanten
- Kontrolle der Implementierung und der Ergebnisse von Q-Gates im Serienanlauf
- Unterstützung der Umsetzung von Sofortmaßnahmen beim Lieferanten (Serienbetreuung)
- Unterstützung bei der Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Regelmäßige Kontrolle der Qualitätsentwicklung des Lieferanten (z.B. Supplier Scorecard, Anzahl, Reklamationen)

- Screen, specify, install, and qualify new equipment and process technologies

- Define, select and support suitable process tools and tooling for the HVM phase
- Contribute to equipment engineering topics and process documentation for all assigned tools
- Support production planning activities (PPC/IE, department‑specific PSV)
- Perform customer support, failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Manage suppliers related to process equipment (CapEx / OpEx)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction

- Plan, control, and optimize R&D line operations considering resources, Q-times, and priorities
- Ensure timely production of R&D lots and fulfillment of internal and external prototyping requests
- Align closely with R&D Line Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and production departments
- Coordinate preventive maintenance planning and execution with maintenance teams
- Manage R&D projects with responsibility for budget, resources, timelines, and results
- Represent AT&S toward customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure protection of intellectual property and freedom-to-operate for developed technologies
