Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up laboratory equipment, materials, and samples to ensure smooth execution of R&D experiments
- Conduct routine experiments and measurements to support ongoing research projects under guidance
- Assist with PVD and RIE processes, contributing to prototyping and technical learning objectives
- Collect, analyze, and document experimental data to support accurate reporting and decision-making
- Perform basic data evaluation and summarize results for the R&D team
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure operational reliability and compliance with standards
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and laboratory procedures at all times
- Maintain clear, structured documentation of all experimental activities and results

Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to R&D projects advancing resource efficiency, sustainability, and circular economy objectives
- Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments independently to support product and process improvements
- Design, develop, and validate new technologies in line with defined technical and performance requirements
- Analyze experimental data and derive recommendations for technology optimization and implementation
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure the successful transfer of new technologies into manufacturing
- Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices relevant to AT&S products and processes
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project results and recommendations
- Support project planning activities by identifying technical risks, challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to innovation initiatives that enhance product performance, manufacturing efficiency, and sustainability
