- SAP Inhouse-Koordination und Beratung: Steuerung der lokalen SAP-Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen IT-Dienstleister:innen. Sie koordinieren die Einbindung relevanter SAP-Expert:innen, vertreten die lokalen Anforderungen und sorgen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen für eine optimale Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP-Systeme (insbesondere in den Modulen MM, PP, SD, FI/CO)
- MES-Entwicklung: Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Manufacturing Execution Systeme. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen, um digitale Lösungen für produktionsnahe Prozesse bereitzustellen und treiben die Umsetzung in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Partner:innen voran
- Anforderungsmanagement: Systematische Aufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen. Sie übersetzen fachliche Bedürfnisse in IT-Lösungen, koordinieren die Umsetzung mit den entsprechenden Ansprechpartner:innen und sichern die Qualität in der Umsetzung
- Key-User (m/w/d) Betreuung: Strukturierte Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Key-User (m/w/d) Organisation
- Sie fördern den Wissenstransfer, stellen eine kontinuierliche Schulung sicher und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereich, IT und Key-User (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verfassen einer Dissertation an der Universität Graz im Bereich Systemwissenschaften
- Eigenständige und kooperative Forschung in einem der folgenden Themenbereiche:
- Nachhaltigkeit und Kooperation in komplexen Systemen, z. B. quantitative Analysen sozial-ökologischer Systeme
- Innovationsforschung an der Schnittstelle zwischen Bionik, Patentanalysen und Kreativitätstechniken
- computerbasierte Systemwissenschaften, z. B. Modellierung von Energiesystemen mit der Zielsetzung, eine Dissertation zu erstellen
- Mitwirkung bei Forschungsprojekten und deren Anbahnung
- Abhaltung von Lehrveranstaltungen sowie Betreuung von Studierenden
- Mitwirkung in der universitären Selbstverwaltung sowie bei organisatorischen Aufgaben des Institutes

- Data extraction and transformation: Connect to data sources (SAP FI/CO, BW, Data Fabric, Excel-based repositories), extract relevant data sets, and prepare them for analysis and reporting.
- Analytics & reporting: Build standardized reports and dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to support functional and management-level decision-making.
- Automation & scripting: Streamline and automate manual reporting tasks using Python, Power Query, or other tools to reduce effort and increase reliability.

- Independently manage and grow a portfolio of small business customers, overseeing the full L2O and O2C process.
- Execute and manage the end-to-end L2O process for assigned customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
