- Develop, optimize, and characterize manufacturing processes in your area of expertise (e.g., lithography, mechanical, plating, backend).
- Specify and qualify new equipment and tooling, including supplier evaluation.
- Ensure process stability through statistical process control (SPC).
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in daily operations.
- Support new product introduction and technology ramp-up.

Was sind Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenständige Umsetzung und Koordination von Ladeinfrastrukturprojekten
- Vollständiges Projektmanagement inkl. Baukoordination
- Erstellung der technischen Konzeption und Detailplanung inkl. Elektroinstallation (u.a. Leitungsdimensionierung)
- Leistungsabfragen und Abstimmung mit Netzbetreibern
- Einholung und Bewertung von Angeboten (Bau, Ladehardware, Verteiler)
- Selbstständige Backend‑Konfiguration und Stammdatenpflege
- Strukturierte Projektdokumentation (u. a. MS Teams)
- Mitarbeit bei der technischen Konzeptionierung von neuen Standorten
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Elektromobilitäts‑Strategie des Unternehmens aus der operativen Projektpraxis heraus

- Further develop and maintain smaXtec's web and cloud system (using Docker/Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform)
- Preprocess, store and provide data for efficient analysis (using PostgreSQL, MQTT, Kafka, Redis) and visualization in our web and mobile application (using Firestore)
- Connect IoT devices all over the world (using LoRa and Chirpstack)
- Create and maintain metrics and alerts to improve system observability
