Your tasks:
- Planning/Organization and Coordination of the customer Service and field failure analysis process
- Contact point of the customer for field/design quality topics in serial phase
- Participate at customer meetings (part handling review; Issue tracking…..)
- Preparation and update of all necessary quality reports (8D) in customer portals
- Support of manufacturing locations during serial production
- Reponsible for monitoring of problem resolution process in the serial phase
- Coordination of customers field complaints during serial production phase
- Support PPAP activities durching the serial production according customers requirements

Yield Improvement & Stability: Monitor data, implement corrective actions, and conduct risk assessments. -
Advanced Substrate Integration: Lead packaging design and collaborate with partners for mass production. -
Technology Transfer & Customer Support: Transfer new processes to manufacturing and provide technical guidance. -
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain records and ensure adherence to standards.
