Technical Project Manager –(m/w/x)
Your tasks:
- Lead and manage product development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality, performance, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, managing project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Drive technical project execution by coordinating engineering activities and ensuring alignment with system requirements, platform strategies, and established development processes.
- Monitor technical maturity, project progress, and risk status, supporting technical decision-making while working closely with engineering experts.
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers as well as internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and regular project status reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Testing, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless project execution across all development phases.
- Support change and risk management activities while contributing to the successful industrialization of new products.
Your profile:
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, or University) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of project management experience in product development, ideally in the automotive or e-mobility industry, with experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project. IPMA Level C (or an equivalent certification) is an advantage.
- Strong technical understanding of complex systems and product development, ideally with experience in battery development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
- Structured, proactive, and team-oriented working style, with fluent German and English and a willingness to travel.
Remuneration:
The Austrian Equal Treatment Act, we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full time/38.5 hours) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 65.000.–.
We also offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
