Your RoleAs a Project Manager, you will play a key role in developing new Power MOSFET Devices that contribute to a greener, safer, and easier life for everyone. The products you will work on will have a significant impact on energy efficiency in various industries, including AI servers, smartphones, e-bikes, and solar panels. This role combines project management with technical responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work with an international team to develop and launch products that meet our customers’ expectations.
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Lead product development projects for realizing a MOSFET device portfolio
- Accompany and shape the product development life cycle from product idea until release of the product
- Set up electrical characterization of the final product and analyze measured data
- Collaborate with different development departments e.g. technology, package, marketing, technical marketing, product concept, quality management and many more
- Form, guide and motivate diverse, cross-functional project teams
- Take a strategic view, considering the overall business implications, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to rapidly identify and address challenges, driving timely and impactful solutions
- Ensure that the project is in compliance with internal rules and regulations at any stage of the project life cycle
Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, System Engineering, Power Electronics, Material Science, Applied Physics or comparable
- 5+ years of working experience in the semiconductor industry
- 2+ years of experience in leading projects (IPMA-C certified as a plus)
- Profound knowledge in device- & semiconductor physics
- Collaborative mindset with passion to solve technical issues and develop new and creative ideas
- Excellent communication skills to cooperate across boundaries
- Fluency in English, German skills or the willingness to learn as a strong advantage
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/).
