Quality Management System Specialist
In this role you are responsible for supporting and maintaining QMS in alignment with international quality standards and certification requirements. A key role in internal audits, preparing for external certification audits, contributing directly to the organization’s compliance and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with international quality standards and certification requirements Monitor and update internal documentation to ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards according to AT&S requirements
- Oversee and continuously improve the PDCA workflow
- Ensure shop floor compliance with all relevant QMS requirements
- Coordinate closely with Production teams to prepare, execute, and follow up on internal and external audits
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new methods and opportunities to further improve the QMS
- Conduct internal QMS trainings to strengthen quality awareness within the organization
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and several years of industry experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and related quality standards
- Solid understanding of core quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan)
- Experience in project management and working with cross functional or intercultural teams
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good stress management skills and ability to work in demanding environments
- Excellent English skills and good proficiency in MS Office
