International Account Manager - Germany (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and result-orientated International Account Manager, based in Germany, to join our growing Global Sales team. In this role, you will develop, refine and optimize our customer strategy in Germany. Reporting directly to the Director Regional Sales in Europe, you will responsible for sales activities, support and customer relationship management, and budget and forecast planning in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S
  • Profit & revenue-responsibility for defined accounts incl. review of budget vs. actual
  • Contract review, pricing and price review in accordance with internal guidelines
  • Optimize accounts in terms of products, growth, price, technology, service & quality
  • Acquisition and development of new customers/projects
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business


Your Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in Account Management
  • Commercial/technical education with commercial/technical understanding and long-time experience in Sales & Customer Service
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including Executive and C-level
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and social skills
  • Good IT skills in MS Office and KPI tools
  • Experienced in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in written and verbal English (German or other language is a plus)
