Your Role In your new role, you'll be a key player in our
mixed-signal layout team, ensuring high-quality
physical design from concept to tape-out. Working closely with analog designers, as well as layout engineers at all hierarchy levels, you'll take ownership of the
layout implementation and
top-level integration of IP blocks and
subsystems.
Key responsibilities in your new role: - Planning, estimating, and executing mixed-signal floorplans for IP macros and subsystems
- Driving analog full-custom layout implementation, from block level to top level
- Performing layout verification and ensuring compliance with design and reliability rules
- Collaborating closely with circuit designers to meet performance and area targets
- Coordinating with subsystem and top-level layout teams to ensure seamless integration

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed - A higher technical School (HTL) / university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable
- 5+ years of experience in analog full custom layout
- Good understanding of integrated circuits such as matching, noise, coupling, shielding and IR-drop as well as all kinds of layout dependent effects (LDE) in deep submicron technologies
- Knowledge of CAD tools for physical design (Cadence, Mentor)
- Unix/Linux OS experience
- Good English Skills with German Skills as a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/).
