Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role
- Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for critical production applications
- Execute routine system maintenance, patching, and health checks to ensure optimal performance
- Document incident findings, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with solution and operations teams to ensure seamless application integration and stability
- Support global operations via a 24/7 rotational on-call schedule
Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Database
- Expertise in Linux operating system
- Advanced analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities
- Proficient in programming, Python preferred
- Very good English skills
We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of € 3.775,27 (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
