Senior Transformation Manager (f/m/d)
As Senior Transformation Manager / Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving AT&S’s largest transformation initiative.
You act as the bridge between Group PMO-Office and on-the-ground execution, ensuring alignment, pace and measurable business impact across functions and sites.
The role combines program management excellence with a consulting mindset. Challenging, structuring and enabling the organization to deliver results at speed. You will work closely with senior leadership, site operations and cross-functional teams to secure execution discipline and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
- Orchestrate key transformation programs across plants, functions, and business units to ensure alignment, transparency, and measurable results.
- Drive governance and performance cadence through structured PMO frameworks, KPI tracking, and executive reporting, enabling fact-based decision-making.
- Act as a strategic thought partner and challenger to site and functional leaders – ensuring focus on impact, cost competitiveness, and organizational effectiveness.
- Translate strategic goals into executable workstreams, ensuring clarity on milestones, interdependencies, and ownership.
- Facilitate workshops and review sessions with leadership teams, creating momentum and fostering a solution-oriented mindset.
- Consolidate and validate improvement measures and project benefits to ensure target realization and transparency toward senior management.
- Continuously evolve PMO tools and methodologies, leveraging best practices from consulting and transformation programs to raise program maturity.
- Promote a performance and learning culture – connecting global teams, sharing success stories, and embedding AT&S principles into the organization.
- Act as a strategic partner and challenger to senior leaders, ensuring clarity, pace, and focus in program execution.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and workshops to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.
- Continuously evolve the transformation framework, embedding best practices, performance culture, and execution excellence across sites.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical/industrial field.
- 5 years + of proven record in senior management or leadership positions in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Direct exposure to R&D, procurement, and supervisory board environments is a strong plus
- 10+ years of professional experience in program or project management, strategy execution, or operations excellence, ideally within consulting, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in large-scale transformation or cost competitiveness programs with measurable results.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification preferred.
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders and exposure to board-level governance a strong plus.Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Admin or equivalent
