- Unterstützung unserer Hotel- und Gastronomiebetriebe im täglichen Geschäftsbetrieb gemäß den festgelegten SOPs, um reibungslose und effiziente Abläufe im F&B Bereich zu gewährleisten
- Beratung und Unterstützung der zuständigen Betriebsleiter bei der Koordination, Kontrolle und Auswertung aller operativen F&B Prozesse in unseren Hotels und Restaurants
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Betriebsleitern zur effektiven Planung und Überwachung von Personal, Kosten und Wareneinsätzen im F&B Bereich
- Unterstützende Funktion bei der laufenden Analyse von bestehenden F&B Arbeitsprozessen hinsichtlich Qualität, Output und Produktivität
- Hilfestellung bei der Suche nach Kostenoptimierungsmöglichkeiten und bei der Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen im F&B Sektor, um die Effizienz zu steigern und die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Abteilungsleitern zur Gewährleistung einer hohen Speisen- und Getränkequalität
- Proaktive Sicherstellung einer hohen Gästezufriedenheit und Umsetzung eines effizienten Beschwerdemanagements

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Key-User am Standort Graz inklusive Systembetreuung und laufender Optimierung
- Technische Verantwortung für die Implementierung und den operativen Betrieb einer agnostischen Fleet Management Software
- Überwachung der Bestandsflotte (AMR, AGV, Stapler, Routenzüge) als Fachexperte für autonome Prozesse im Serienbetrieb
- 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie Schulung der Key-User in den Divisions und logistischen Anlagenführer_innen im Umgang mit autonomen Flurförderzeugen
- Schnittstelle zum externen FMSW-Provider und hausinternen Prozesspartnern (z.B. IT, MaWi, Planungsbereiche technologieübergreifend)
- Integration neuer Geräte (AGV/AMR Hardware) in bestehende Systemlandschaft sowie Weiterentwicklung autonomer Prozesse und Unterstützung bei weiteren Projektierungen
- Analyse von Systemdaten sowie Erstellung von KPIs, Reports und Performanceauswertungen
