- You will be responsible for managing tenders, spot business and carrier relationships beyond our own fleet. Working closely with management and operations, you will actively shape how we develop external transport solutions and international sales structures.

Deine Aufgaben
- Betreuung & Weiterentwicklung unserer Onlineshops. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Shops technisch einwandfrei funktionieren, inhaltlich und UX-seitig auf dem höchsten Niveau bleiben und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt werden.
- Koordination digitaler Projekte. Du steuerst digitale Weiterentwicklungen von der Idee bis zum Go-live, koordinierst interne Stakeholder und externe Partner und behältst Timings, Budgets und Anforderungen im Blick.
- Datengetriebene Optimierung der Conversion Rate & Customer Journey. Du analysierst die User Experience und testest laufend, wie wir Conversion, Warenkorbwert und Umsatz steigern können.
- Planung & Umsetzung von Online-Marketing-Maßnahmen. Von Kampagnen-Ideen über Set-up bis zur Auswertung: Du steuerst Maßnahmen entlang des gesamten Funnels.
- Konzeption & Erstellung von Newslettern und automatisierten Flows. Du planst zielgruppenspezifische Newsletter-Strecken und Lifecycle-Kampagnen, segmentierst Zielgruppen und sorgst für relevante Inhalte.
- Performance-Monitoring & Reporting. Du analysierst Nutzerverhalten und KPIs, leitest Optimierungen ab und hältst durch kontinuierliches Tracking sowie klare Reportings alle relevanten Entwicklungen im Blick.

Customer-Focused Tasks
- Implement and monitor customer-defined quality requirements in production
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (Certificates of Conformance, inspection and reliability specifications) and coordinate customer approvals

- Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable IT demands and strengthening long-term collaboration
- Ensure timely, prioritized, and transparent handling of all demands, accelerating delivery while maintaining quality and governance standards
- Drive transparency by reporting progress, risks, and performance trends to stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices across processes and collaboration

Your Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot large-scale Server&Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
- Perform OS and kernel patching across production and non-production systems with minimal downtime
- Troubleshoot complex Linux issues, including boot failures, initramfs issues, filesystem corruption, OOM events, and performance degradation
- Perform deep-dive analysis of CPU, memory, disk I/O, and networking issues
- Handle production incidents, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes
- Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation, health checks, and validations
- Collaborate closely with application, storage, and network teams
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and patching procedures
