Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Implement cutting edge Digital Circuits for MEMS based sensors, providing enhanced sensing capabilities to the next generation of consumer devices like tablets, smartphones and watches and enabling new use cases
- Take end-to-end ownership of design activities from RTL-generation to layout signoff, including task planning and managing resources and schedules
- Closely collaborate with other disciplines like concept engineering, project management, and verification, to enable seamless project execution
- Directly interact with customers, to be directly aligned with business goals and to get immediate and direct feedback about requirements
- Share your expertise and knowledge and continuously improve methodologies, tools and flows
- Act as a leader and mentor for a team of digital design engineers
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or similar
- More than 10 years of digital design experience with know-how in verification as a plus
- Leadership and project management capabilities with a track record in coaching, mentoring and effective communication
- Solid practice with mixed-signal projects
- Familiarity with UPF (Unified Power Format) to manage power intent in the design
- Proficiency in System Verilog and/or Verilog
- Hands-on experience with Simulation, Synthesis, Linting and Timing sign-off
- Fluent English skills with good German as a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group J (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-wages-blue-collar-workers-2025.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
