Specialist Production Planning & Local Key-User
- Mittel- und langfristige Planungsanalyse sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Ressourcenauslastung, Durchlaufzeiten und Lieferperformance
- Durchführung & Auswertung von Planungssimulationen sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Strategien zur Entlastung von Engpässen in Koordination mit u.a. Industrial Engineering und der Produktion
- Ermittlung & Anpassung von Durchsatz- und WIP-Targets bezugnehmend auf die installierte Kapazität und der vorhandenen Kundenbedarfe
- Erstellung, Anpassung bzw. Pflege von planungsrelevanten Stammdaten inkl. Fehlerbehebung & Anpassung von Bewegungsdaten

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:
Zentraler Ansprechpartner: Sie fungieren als kompetenter Key User für das Modul SAP SD und unterstützen die Fachabteilung bei prozessualen Fragestellungen in der Auftragsabwicklung. Prozessoptimierung: Sie analysieren bestehende Abläufe in der Auftragsabwicklung, identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale und wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung effizienter SAP-Lösungen mit. Operative Abwicklung: Sie stellen die reibungslose kaufmännische Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen sicher - von der Erfassung bis zur Fakturierung - und bewahren auch bei komplexen Projekten den Überblick. Schnittstellenmanagement: Als Bindeglied zwischen IT, Logistik und Vertrieb koordinieren Sie Anforderungen und stellen sicher, dass Systemänderungen praxisnah umgesetzt werden. Support & Training: Sie führen Anwenderschulungen durch, erstellen Dokumentationen und leisten First-Line-Support für Ihre Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Tagesgeschäft. Qualitätssicherung: Sie überwachen die Stammdatenqualität im System und stellen die Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie termingerechter Lieferprozesse sicher.

- Operate and maintain identity and access management (IAM) services for designated compliance environments
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP including user lifecycle, groups, roles, and access rights
- Implement and enforce least-privilege and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Manage authentication mechanisms such as MFA, certificates, and privileged access
- Cooperate with Security, Compliance, and Audit teams on access reviews and remediation actions

- Ensuring that IT practices and systems in his/her responsibility comply with global standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Accountability for areas of the global IT’s frontend, including global service desk, demand management, and IT PMO including IT portfolio management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT internal and external stakeholders, executives, and other departments, to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with business goals. This includes accountability for IT Business Partners for business units and the group with a special focus on group functions such as Controlling, Finance, HR, Legal, R&D, and others.
- Act as interface between business and backend services, owning the communication and stakeholder matrix.
- Adhere to corporate IT governance frameworks, specifically following the COBIT processes, guidelines and architecture. All activities that guarantee the fulfilment of the SLA’s that have been confirmed by our customers.
