- Independently manage and grow a portfolio of small business customers, overseeing the full L2O and O2C process.
- Execute and manage the end-to-end L2O process for assigned customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Act as the primary commercial contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting pricing, quotations, and customer communication
- Coordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update SAP master data (customer, material, pricing) and external customer tools (e.g., JIRA, ARIBA)
- Support commercial activities including price negotiations, credit checks, KPI tracking, and customer surveys
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, reporting insights, and proactively managing customer feedback and complaints

Ihre Aufgaben:
- IT-Projektleitung im Rahmen von Projekten und Programmen zur Fertigung kompletter Fahrzeuge
- Management komplexer interner Software- und Integrationsprojekte
- Erstellung von Projektplänen, IT-Berechnungen, Ressourcenplanung sowie Erfassung und Dokumentation interner und externer Anforderungen (Anforderungen an die Bereiche Engineering)
- Projektfortschritte (geplant vs. Istvergleich) und Projektbudgets verwalten
- Präsentation von Projektergebnissen und Fortschritten für verschiedene Akteure wie Kunden, Programmleiter und Management
- Management von IT-Anbietern und Zusammenarbeit mit Abteilungen in anderen Bereichen im internationalen Umfeld
- Entwicklung, Umsetzung, Optimierung und Beratung von Prozessen, die speziell auf die Anforderungen der Automobilindustrie im Fahrzeugbau zugeschnitten sind.
