Your tasks:
- Lead IT projects and programs in automotive manufacturing including managing complex internal software and integration projects with large-scale budgets
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle – from initiation and planning through execution to closure – covering schedule, milestones, budget, scope, resource allocation, change control, reporting and handover to operations
- Ensure governance and compliance across enterprise architecture, information and IT security, and regulatory requirements, in line with internal standards and in coordination with stakeholders
- Manage key stakeholders (such as customers, program leads, IT management…) and coordinate internal and external contributors; drive decisions and escalations via IT management and steering committees
- Contribute to the continuous development and standardization IT Project Management Office and actively drive process improvements and best practices across the IT organization

Your tasks:
- Lead and manage product development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality, performance, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, managing project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Drive technical project execution by coordinating engineering activities and ensuring alignment with system requirements, platform strategies, and established development processes.
- Monitor technical maturity, project progress, and risk status, supporting technical decision-making while working closely with engineering experts.
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers as well as internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and regular project status reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Testing, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless project execution across all development phases.
- Support change and risk management activities while contributing to the successful industrialization of new products.
