- Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung eines kleinen HR-Teams (2 Mitarbeiter/innen)
- Weiterentwicklung und laufende Optimierung der HR-Strategie, -Prozesse und Organisationsstrukturen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
- Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen HR-Tagesgeschäft (Recruiting, Personaladministration, Arbeitsrecht etc.)
- Beratung und Sparringpartner:in für Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte in arbeitsrechtlichen und personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeits- und kollektivvertraglicher Vorgaben inkl. Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat und der externen Lohnverrechnung
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen

- Abteilung für Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung:Unterstützung bei Rechnungskontrolle, Dateneingabe in SAP (FI), Erstellung von Auswertungen. Für Pflichtpraktikum an kaufmännischen Schulen geeignet I 13.07.2026 – 07.08.2026
