Ihre Aufgaben:
- Operative und personelle Verantwortung für die Bereiche Controlling und Buchhaltung
- Fachliche und disziplinäre Führungsverantwortung für das Finance Team
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (IFRS & UGB)
- Ansprechpartner für Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfer sowie interne Audits
- Enge Abstimmung und Kooperation mit dem Headquarter (Finanz-Prozesse, Richtlinien)
- Verantwortung für die laufenden Prozesse und Systeme sowie deren Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Forecasts und Budget
- Regelmäßige Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Auswertungen und Statistiken

- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Accounting-Teams
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (UGB)
- Konsolidierung auf Gruppenebene, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von allen steuerlichen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Richtlinien und des internen Kontrollsystems (ISO-konform)
- Schnittstelle zu Controlling, Payroll, HR und externen Partnern (Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuerberatung)
- Unterstützung bei M&A-Projekten, Strukturierungen und Sonderthemen
- Implementierung und Optimierung von digitalen Accounting-Tools und Systemen (z.B. BMD)

- Ensuring that IT practices and systems in his/her responsibility comply with global standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Accountability for areas of the global IT’s frontend, including global service desk, demand management, and IT PMO including IT portfolio management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT internal and external stakeholders, executives, and other departments, to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with business goals. This includes accountability for IT Business Partners for business units and the group with a special focus on group functions such as Controlling, Finance, HR, Legal, R&D, and others.
- Act as interface between business and backend services, owning the communication and stakeholder matrix.
- Adhere to corporate IT governance frameworks, specifically following the COBIT processes, guidelines and architecture. All activities that guarantee the fulfilment of the SLA’s that have been confirmed by our customers.
