Deine Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für Finance & Controlling innerhalb der movec Gruppe
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (nach UGB) in Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Konzerncontrolling
- Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts, Liquiditäts- und Finanzplänen
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen aber feinen Teams
- Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Laufende Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung mit Reportings, Finanzanalysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Monatliche Abstimmung der Bilanzkonten (Blackline)
- Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und -strukturen (inkl. Digitalisierungsthemen)
- AnsprechpartnerIn für Steuerberatung, Behörden (z. B. Finanzamt, ÖGK) sowie interne Stakeholder
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Verwaltungs- und Finanzprozesse

Dieser soll gut eingeleitete Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen und implementierte Sanierungsschritte halten und konsequent weiterverfolgen. In dieser Schlüsselrolle setzen Sie die bereits eingeleitete Stabilisierung und Neuausrichtung der Gruppe fort bei vollem Rückhalt seitens der Eigentümer.
