Deine Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für Finance & Controlling innerhalb der movec Gruppe
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (nach UGB) in Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Konzerncontrolling
- Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts, Liquiditäts- und Finanzplänen
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen aber feinen Teams
- Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Laufende Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung mit Reportings, Finanzanalysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
- Monatliche Abstimmung der Bilanzkonten (Blackline)
- Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und -strukturen (inkl. Digitalisierungsthemen)
- AnsprechpartnerIn für Steuerberatung, Behörden (z. B. Finanzamt, ÖGK) sowie interne Stakeholder
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Verwaltungs- und Finanzprozesse

- Conduct independent research on various topics within the Member of the Executive Board's area of responsibility.
- Prepare professional content and follow-up of documents and presentations for meetings, including to-do list and follow-up meetings (e.g. Supervisory Board).
- Proactively handle and supervise assigned projects (Project Management Office) in the area of the Member of the Executive Board.
- Identify and evaluate strategic options and provide recommendations for top management.

- Konzernweite Verantwortung für die Buchhaltung, Bilanzierung, Konsolidierung und Steuern sowie für Treasury
- Abteilungsleitung Buchhaltung/Bilanzierung in der Konzernzentrale sowie Steuerung der Expert:innen in den Tochterunternehmen und Werken vor Ort
- Erstellen von Expertisen zu komplexen steuerlichen und bilanziellen Fragestellungen
- Finanzplanung, Cash-, Liquiditäts- und Risikomanagement (internes Kontrollsystem)
- Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Konzern und an den internationalen Standorten
- Steuerung der SAP-FI/CO-Rollouts in neu übernommenen Werken sowie der konzernweiten Umstellung auf S/4HANA
- Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Behörden
- Strukturierung der Finanzierung und Management der Finanzierungspartner
- Mitarbeit in Akquisitions- und Unternehmensstrukturierungsprojekten
