Was Sie bewirken können:
Kommunikation & Koordination: Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle wichtigen Partner - von Immobilienmaklern über Lieferanten bis hin zu unseren Facility-Management-Dienstleistern. Finanzplanung: Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Steuerung unserer Budget- und Forecast-Pläne in enger Abstimmung mit dem Finance Controller. Flächenoptimierung: Sie entwickeln und setzen Standortkonzepte um, um unsere Büroflächen effizienter zu gestalten (inklusive Instandhaltungsplanung). Qualitätskontrolle (FM): Sie überwachen und steuern die Leistung unserer externen Facility-Management-Partner und stellen die Servicequalität sicher. Compliance & Sicherheit: Sie garantieren die Einhaltung aller Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie aller gesetzlichen und Compliance-Vorgaben. Nachhaltigkeit: Sie erstellen wichtige Präsentationen und engagieren sich aktiv für die Optimierung unseres ökologischen Fußabdrucks.

HIER WERDEN SIE ARBEITEN:
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern wie Immobilienmaklern, Lieferanten und Facility-Management-Dienstleistern
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen sowie bei Budget- und Forecast-Planungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance Controller
- Planung und Umsetzung von Konzepten zur Optimierung und Instandhaltung von Büroflächen
- Steuerung, Koordination und Qualitätsüberwachung der Facility-Management-Leistungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben sowie Initiierung von Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung des ökologischen Fußabdrucks

- Ensuring that IT practices and systems in his/her responsibility comply with global standards as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Accountability for areas of the global IT’s frontend, including global service desk, demand management, and IT PMO including IT portfolio management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT internal and external stakeholders, executives, and other departments, to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with business goals. This includes accountability for IT Business Partners for business units and the group with a special focus on group functions such as Controlling, Finance, HR, Legal, R&D, and others.
- Act as interface between business and backend services, owning the communication and stakeholder matrix.
- Adhere to corporate IT governance frameworks, specifically following the COBIT processes, guidelines and architecture. All activities that guarantee the fulfilment of the SLA’s that have been confirmed by our customers.
