Kommunikation & Koordination: Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle wichtigen Partner - von Immobilienmaklern über Lieferanten bis hin zu unseren Facility-Management-Dienstleistern. Finanzplanung: Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Steuerung unserer Budget- und Forecast-Pläne in enger Abstimmung mit dem Finance Controller. Flächenoptimierung: Sie entwickeln und setzen Standortkonzepte um, um unsere Büroflächen effizienter zu gestalten (inklusive Instandhaltungsplanung). Qualitätskontrolle (FM): Sie überwachen und steuern die Leistung unserer externen Facility-Management-Partner und stellen die Servicequalität sicher. Compliance & Sicherheit: Sie garantieren die Einhaltung aller Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie aller gesetzlichen und Compliance-Vorgaben.
