Du arbeitest mit Kunden zusammen, um ihre Geschäftsanforderungen zu verstehen und diese in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O-Lösungen umzusetzen. Dabei entwirfst, konfigurierst und implementierst du Module entsprechend der Kundenanforderungen. Deine Expertise in Bereichen wie Supply Chain Management, Fertigung und Master Planning bringst du gezielt in Projekte ein. Zudem führst du Workshops und Schulungen durch, um die Möglichkeiten des Systems praxisnah zu vermitteln. Du unterstützt bei Datenmigration, Integration und Customizing und hilfst bei der Fehlerbehebung von Implementierungs- und Funktionalitätsproblemen. Darüber hinaus hältst du dich über neue Funktionen und Updates auf dem Laufenden und berätst Kunden zu Best Practices.
