- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities for production facilities, machinery, and technical equipment
- Analyzing equipment malfunctions, conducting fault diagnostics, and developing solution strategies to optimize equipment availability
- Implementing preventive maintenance programs and creating maintenance schedules to ensure smooth equipment operation
- Collaborating closely with various departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement, to optimize equipment maintenance and minimize production downtime
- Introducing new technologies and methods for continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment performance
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards, and guidelines in maintenance and occupational safety

- Safely handle high‑tech equipment and electronic materials according to all safety requirements
- Contribute to the execution of technical tasks and projects in line with standards, innovation processes, and best practices, supporting continuous improvement
- Support the operation, evaluation, qualification, and safe handling of advanced R&D, process, and metrology equipment for IC substrate manufacturing
- Perform calibration, analysis, cleaning, and maintenance activities to ensure equipment remains in proper working condition
- Scout, evaluate, qualify, and handle equipment to ensure effective support and knowledge availability
- Work in cross‑functional and international teams, providing technical input and support to colleagues
- Support trials, DOEs, prototype manufacturing, and measurement activities to accelerate process and product development
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and equipment, ensuring careful handling and proper protection of intellectual property

- Independently execute experiments, analyze results, and recommend improvements to support product development.
- Design and develop new technologies that meet defined technical and performance requirements.
- Characterize, validate, and define the technical capabilities and application limits of the SAM system through structured experiments.
- Use SAM to identify defects in prototype and R&D samples, correlate findings with other characterization results, and support next research steps.
- Collaborate with R&D and cross‑functional teams to integrate new technologies into production and assess technical risks.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and trends relevant to AT&S’s long‑term development strategy.
- Prepare clear technical reports and documentation to ensure transparent workflows and communicate findings to senior management.
