Dairy Customer Success Advisor

As an International Dairy Customer Success Advisor at smaXtec, you play a key role in empowering dairy farmers around the world to unlock the full value of our smaXtec technology. By combining your agricultural affinity with strong communication skills and a solution -oriented mindset, you ensure that customers and colleagues receive the guidance and support they need to succeed. In this position, you act as a trusted point of contact across regions, strengthen collaboration between teams, a nd contribute directly to the global impact of smaXtec.

YOUR ROLE

• Professional support and assistance for our international dairy customers, colleagues, and sales partners, provided via phone and, when necessary, on - site.
• Regular and proactive communication with local teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
• Build strong relationships as a trusted strategic partner, ensuring our products and services consistently deliver
  exceptional value.
• Onboarding and training of new international customers and team members.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure a smooth workflow in your area.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are passionate about cows and the dairy industry and you have relevant professional experience.
• Positive with a can -do mindset in combination with the ability to find solutions even in challenging situations.
• Strong communication skills and decisiveness, fluency in English, and additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel from time to time and you thrive working in a multinational environment (up to 30 %).
• A strong ability to quickly understand, adapt to, and support the diverse needs of customers worldwide.

• For your contribution to smaXtec’s success, we offer a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 2, 900.00 (based on a 38.5 - hour work week). Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible.
