- Sie fungieren als Berater (m/w/d) und Ideengeber für alle Hierarchieebenen im Unternehmen.
- Sie agieren als Lotse: Sie analysieren Logistikprozesse, identifizieren Schwachstellen und implementieren Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung.
- Dynamische Zeiten benötigen agile Profis: Sie unterstützen auf Basis von Leistungsauswertungen, Benchmarks und Kennzahlen das Management am Standort bei der operativen und strategischen Entscheidungsfindung.
- Sie analysieren Kundenangebote, um den Bedürfnissen und Anforderungen unserer Kundschaft gerecht zu werden.
- Sie sind für die Analyse, Ermittlung und Aufbereitung von monatlichen Ergebnissen, Jahresplanungen und Forecasts zuständig.

Aufgaben
- Sie haben sich einen guten Status als Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) im Controlling in der Niederlassung erarbeitet und können dort alle CRAS Arbeitsbereiche zielgerichtet und erfolgreich abdecken
- Sie führen selbständig Absprachen mit den Fachabteilungen der Niederlassung durch und fordern Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung ein
- Die "Zielsetzung DACHSER Controlling" und die CRAS-Mission "CM V" können Sie erfüllen
- Erstellung von Reportings, Forecast und Budgets
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Ergebnisbesprechungen
- Erstellung von Vor- und Nachkalkulationen inkl. Tarif- und Preisfindungen
- Fundierter Umgang mit den CRAS-Standardauswertungen und deren Funktionalität
- Monitoring und Interpretation von speditionellen Prozessen/Kennzahlen insbesondere für die Produktionsbereiche Fern- und Nahverkehr, Export, Umschlagslager und Warehouse
- Einforderung und Nachhalten von operativen Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung
- Erstellung von Standard-Auswertungen und adhoc Anaylsen

Act as a business partner of cross functional, global teams and actively identify opportunity calculations -
Support strategic planning of dedicated business areas/departments in the preparation of the financial mid-term plan -
Coordinate and prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly estimates for dedicated business areas/departments -
Proactively monitor, analyze key data related to performance measurement for dedicated business areas/departments and conduct cross functional reviews -
Develop, coordinate and prepare dedicated business area cost plans, cost allocations, and reports including variance analysis, cost control reporting and improvement plans -
Collaborate and contribute in cross-departmental projects, regular and ad-hoc reporting -
Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes
