- Zentrale Administration des universitären Verarbeitungsverzeichnisses und Begleitung der Eintragungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit und Unterstützung der:des Datenschutzbeauftragen iZm der Erfüllung deren:dessen gesetzlichen Aufgaben
- Juristische Bearbeitung datenschutzrechtlicher Anfragen der Mitarbeiter:innen in Lehre, Verwaltung und globalfinanzierten Forschungsaktivitäten
- Operative, datenschutzrechtliche Begleitung von Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung datenschutzrechtlicher Musterdokumente sowie Beratung bei Anpassung dieser Dokumente (z. B. Datenschutz- und Einwilligungserklärungen)
- Durchführung von bzw. Mitwirkung bei diversen datenschutzrechtlichen Prozessen (z. B. Betroffenenrechte, Data Breaches)
- Erstellung und Prüfung datenschutzrechtlicher Verträge
- Mitwirkung an der Erstellung innerorganisatorischer Compliance-Regelungen mit Datenschutzkontext (z. B. Richtlinien, Policies) und Mitwirkung in internen sowie externen Arbeitsgruppen im Aufgabenbereich

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung
- Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Compliance-Richtlinien sowie Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Anforderungen / Vorschriften
- Regelmäßige Schulungen und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeitenden zu Compliance-Themen
- Überwachung und Bewertung der Risiken im Bereich Compliance sowie Entwicklung von Präventionsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung des Compliance Managements
- Erstellung von Berichten zu Compliance-Vorfällen und Dokumentation entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Optimierung der Compliance-Prozesse hinsichtlich Prävention und interner Kommunikation

- Monitor and document audit findings and non-conformities, and report the status of non-conformities and corrective actions to IT management
