Ihre Aufgaben:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die (Weiter-) Entwicklung von Geschäftsanwendungen auf Basis von Microsoft Power Platform
- Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst benutzerfreundliche Anwendungen und automatisierte Workflows
- Du integrierst unterschiedliche Systeme und Datenquellen, erstellst Dashboards & Visualisierungen und sorgst für eine nahtlose Integration in die bestehende Systemlandschaft
- Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Anwender:innen, Fachabteilungen und dem Implementierungsteam
- Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in konkrete, technisch umsetzbare Lösungskonzepte und begleitest die Anwender:innen während des gesamten Prozesses
- Du führst Tests durch, dokumentierst die Lösungen nachvollziehbar und schulst Anwender:innen

- Gesamtleitung unternehmensweiter Geschäftsprozess‑ und SAP‑S/4HANA‑Rollouts mit aktivem Beitrag zur digitalen Zukunft des Unternehmens; dabei wird nicht nur ein Projekt gesteuert, sondern eine nachhaltige Transformation von Prozessen, Systemen und Zusammenarbeit vorangetrieben
- Gestaltung und Führung aller Projektphasen nach der SAP‑Activate‑Methode unter der Leitung eines internationalen Projektteams sowie externer Partner:innen
- Direkte Berichtslinie an die Leitung des Transformationsprogramms sowie aktive Mitarbeit im Programm‑Kernteam mit hoher Visibilität im Management
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätszielen mit konsequentem Fokus auf Business Value
- Gesamtverantwortung für Change Management, Kommunikation und User Adoption

Ihre Aufgaben:
- End-to-End-Verantwortung für das Lifecycle- und Change-Management der Windows-Server-Landschaft sowie der zentralen Directory Services (AD, Entra ID, ADFS, LDAP, PKI)
- Steuerung und Koordination von Infrastruktur-Projekten (z. B. Server-Rollouts, Virtualisierungs-Upgrades, PKI-Integration) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und Projektteams – inklusive Betriebsübergaben und Dokumentation
- Weiterentwicklung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung der Windows-Infrastruktur und Softwareverteilung (z. B. via MECM/SCCM, PowerShell-Scripting, Patch-Management)
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Hardware-Partner inklusive Qualitätssicherung im Bereich Server-Hardware und Virtualisierung
- Mitgestaltung von Sicherheits-, Compliance- und Identity-Governance-Vorgaben im regulierten Umfeld einer kritischen Infrastruktur

- Project Management: Lead and deliver assigned projects and tasks, ensuring adherence to defined scope, budget, and quality standards. Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date project documentation, perform risk assessments, and develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitation: Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops, continuously developing moderation skills to ensure efficient and goal-oriented workshop outcomes.
- Change & Transformation Facilitation: Analyze stakeholder landscapes to support change initiatives. Serve as a communication bridge across project teams, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop and execute communication strategies for IT initiatives, changes, and events; create communication materials (e.g. presentations, newsletters) and organize IT events such as global IT townhalls; act as a key contact for IT communication topics.
- Support change initiatives related to IT governance, process improvements, and IT projects; create adoption materials such as guides, FAQs, training content, and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate trainings and workshops to support adoption, build maturity, and enhance organizational readiness for IT changes.
- Support the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks, standards, and policies; translate governance requirements into clear, non‑technical documentation and contribute to IT knowledge management.
