Your tasks:
- Lead and manage product development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality, performance, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, managing project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Drive technical project execution by coordinating engineering activities and ensuring alignment with system requirements, platform strategies, and established development processes.
- Monitor technical maturity, project progress, and risk status, supporting technical decision-making while working closely with engineering experts.
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers as well as internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and regular project status reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Testing, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless project execution across all development phases.
- Support change and risk management activities while contributing to the successful industrialization of new products.

Your Responsibilities
- Support development of small AI & digital proof of concepts (PoCs)
- Assist with Python scripting, small tools, and data processing
- Build simple prototypes or agents using Microsoft Copilot
- Support automation and integration initiativesHelp with testing, documentation, and debugging
- Contribute to AI & digitalization trainings (materials, demos, examples)
- Capture and share best practices, guidelines, and internal content
- Support communication to make digital topics accessible for non-technical audiences

- Operate and maintain Veeam B&R, Veeam ONE, deduplication appliances, and HPE tape systems.
- Monitor daily backup processes and perform restores when needed.
- Keep documentation for configurations, procedures, and recovery workflows up to date.
- Support file-sharing services (NFS, SMB) and contribute to NetApp storage administration.
- Work closely with VMware and Linux teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot backup and storage issues and ensure timely recovery.
- Follow security and compliance requirements and contribute to regular recovery testing.
- Support lifecycle tasks such as system upgrades and decommissioning.
