Your Role
- Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Apache Kafka and Python.
- Design scalable ETL pipelines for data ingestion and processing (BigQuery, modern data warehouse solutions).
- Collaborate with Data Analytics to integrate machine learning models.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure robust data governance (quality, security, compliance).
- Deploy and manage applications with Kubernetes (Google Kubernetes Engine) and Docker.

- Creation, modification and prioritization of sales and marketing plans, taking into account existing orders for the next 6 months and in consultation with the Supply Chain Engineer
- Implement allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines, including coordinating with Customer Logistics, Capacity Alignment Planner and Product Marketing
- Involvement and Monitoring of production schedule & plan adherence from FE and BE
- Management of excess inventories (incl. root-cause analysis & mitigation)
- Manage production requirements for the capacity groups including coordinating compliance with the capacity available to the respective division

Operate dedicated assembly machines and contribute expertise to projects. -
Participate in strategic R&D projects and assigned work packages. -
Research new developments with suppliers and collaborate with R&D project managers to improve existing equipment processes. -
Interface between R&D and Technical Development, reviewing process capabilities. -
Produce customer samples and test boards, ensuring product readiness. -
Conduct internal reporting and prepare production handovers. -
Suggest and evaluate new concepts for yield and capability improvement. -
Facilitate communication with relevant departments and provide investment suggestions to management. -
Evaluate new equipment and processes.
