Your tasks
- Leitung der Abteilung Analytical Procedure Transfer & Validation
- Fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für die Abteilung
- Mitarbeiterführung und Weiterentwicklung
- Organisation von Validierungsaktivitäten für neue analytische Verfahren
- Transparentes Reporting der Projekte an interne sowie externe Auftraggeber
- Etablierung neuer und Optimierung bestehender analytischer Verfahren unter GMP Bedingungen
- Direkte Kommunikation mit Kunden und Donorlaboren betreffend analytischer Fragestellungen
- Kommunikation mit Auftragslabors und Koordination von externen Aktivitäten in der Implementierungsphase und bei Lifecycle Management Aktivitäten
Our expectations
- Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliches Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich chemisch-physikalische Analytik
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Projektmanagement Know How
- Hohe Teamorientierung und Flexibilität
- Lernbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
