We are KS ENGINEERS, officially Kristl, Seibt & Co Gesellschaft.m.b.H. As one of the leading providers of testing solutions for the automotive and mobility industry, we also implement projects in building technology and industrial automation.
Our company's success is largely driven by the diverse personalities in our technical, commercial, and administrative teams. With our combined expertise and the highest quality standards, we work together with our renowned customers to meet the challenges of the market.

OUR TEAMS
We carry out our ongoing projects in specialized teams of 5 to 10 people. We stand up for each other, support each other, and pass on our expertise to new colleagues. Communication on an equal footing, an honest culture of error, and individual development opportunities characterize our collaboration.
Many of our colleagues also stay in touch outside of working hours. Going bouldering, mountain biking, or playing soccer together helps us forget about stressful workdays. Our in-house events, such as the Welcome Day for new employees, a day of skiing, participation in sporting events such as sportive events, a kart race, and, of course, the annual Christmas party, offer additional opportunities to get to know each other better.

AREAS AND OPPORTUNITIES
Our company combines a wide range of different technological disciplines, which enable the high level of technical detail in our products. Electrical and automation engineering, mechanical engineering, control engineering, and software development have always been a focus. Market conditions increasingly require us to be flexible and willing to learn in new areas, which means that new fields of activity are constantly emerging. In recent years alone, we have built up a wealth of experience in the currently hotly debated areas of e-mobility, hydrogen and fuel cell technology.
