Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role
- Template Editing: Edit and refine technical templates and schematics using Microsoft Visio
- Documentation Standards: Follow established documentation and formatting guidelines while updating visual layouts
- Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency, accuracy and clarity in technical diagrams
- Asset Organization: Organize technical assets (e.g., component libraries, symbols and templates) to enhance workflow efficiency
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional team members to gather input or feedback on visual updates
- Reporting: Document and report issues or areas for improvement in schematic templates

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time or Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

- Education: Motivated and committed student (f/m/div) from the field of Information Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Technical Communication, or a related field (students from other disciplines are welcome to apply)
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Visio or any other 2D CAD design tool (AutoCAD, Illustrator, etc)
- Formatting Skills: High attention to detail, especially in formatting and visual representation
- Working Style: Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work within defined processes
- Multitasking: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
